Apprenticeship Assistance

The DAS Forms are required to be submitted projects that have a total cost greater than $30,000.00.

The DAS Forms (140/142) are time sensitive documents and are to be submitted to all applicable committees. Violation of this compliance requirement can result in a daily penalty ranging from $100-$300 per full calendar day of noncompliance.

 

The DAS 140 needs to be submitted prior to the start of the project. The DAS 142 is to be submitted 72-business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the scheduled date of an apprentice and can be submitted throughout the duration of your project.
